IT Contractor review of Zempler Bank

Good on-line site, not perfect but good enough. Easy to navigate. Phoned to trace a receipt once and person I spoke to was good and helpful. Had to pay a £10 card fee (to get a debit card), but earlier saw some text saying this was free. Didn't worry too much as I am working as an IT contractor so just got on with it. Good customer support, the app could be impoved on. :)

I am happy with the customer support. I think the app could be improved on. I particularly think it would benefit from having more transactions to look at backdating at least 4 - 8 weeks. Searching for transactions doesn't work well. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
