I have had a consistently positive experience with this bank account. The account was straightforward to open, and the onboarding process was quick and well explained. Day to day banking is simple, with a clear and reliable mobile app that makes it easy to check balances, transfer money, and manage payments without unnecessary steps. Customer service has been responsive when I have needed support, and issues have been resolved efficiently without being passed between departments. I've been banking with zempler for several years

I've been banking with zempler for several years and I've never had an issue. The closest thing to an issue I had was the inability to make a payment which turn out to be the requirement of a new card which was done the same day so it really wasn't an issue at all. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Zempler has been a fantastic bank for everyday transactions. Receiving and paying money is seamless and security aspect of this is the main benefit.
