If Usain Bolt ran a bank!

As a small business owner I was looking to set up a new account and having spoken to my usual bank (yep, multiple calls to get to the right team and each time I was on hold for longer than I care to remember) I was told this was going to take weeks! Great experience since we joined Cashplus

Positive experience overall!

I did have an issue whereby my account was temporarily suspended, although reinstated eventually, which wasn't great. What was good though, was that I was paying a Cashplus Bank subscription, although it wasn't really suited to me as a small start up business. Cashplus Bank recommended another type of account that was more suited to me currently, which ended up saving me money. So a bitter sweet experience! Overall though, I like the simplicity of the app and banking with Cashplus. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
