Can't pay cheque into my account and the app is not as easy to use as it claims. Transaction history, usability and ease of use is nothing compared to my natwest account . Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

I've only felt the need to call Zempler on 2 occasions.

I've only felt the need to call Zempler on 2 occasions. On both of them, the persons with I spoke were very polite and personable. On the second occasion, I was reporting to Zempler a possible - albeit, obscure phishing attempt that was associated with a service provider that I know is used by Zempler.
