its a well orchestrated scam

its not a bank. its A SCAM. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cashplus Bank has been abysmal, causing me not just financial harm but also immense frustration and disappointment. As a new business owner, I opened an account with them, hoping for a reliable banking institution. Instead, I was met with a nightmare scenario. My first and significant business transaction of £4,990 was inexplicably withheld by the bank. Their justifications were vague and their demands for documentation were absurdly invasive, severely straining my business relationships. The incompetence didn't end there. My account was blocked and restored without my knowledge, a fact I only discovered when trying to understand why my transaction was mishandled. The final blow came when I learned that they had unilaterally decided to return the funds to the payer. This action, taken without my consent or any forewarning, has not just left me financially crippled but also betrayed and helpless. Their customer service was a mockery, offering nothing but empty apologies and no real solutions. I am left with no choice but to seek legal action, a path filled with anxiety and uncertainty, all because of Cashplus Bank's irresponsible and uncaring treatment. This bank has not only failed me as a customer but also shattered my trust in what a banking institution should represent. I urge anyone considering Cashplus Bank to stay away. They have shown a complete disregard for customer care, ethical practices, and basic decency. This isn't just poor service; it's a complete abandonment of responsibility and a total lack of empathy for their customers' plight. Rating: ⭐ (1/5 stars) - Only because I can't go lower. FRAUDS BANK

as a business owner i lost all my direct debits and customers because of cashplus business bank,they freez my account and ask for submit id , 3 times i emaild my id to them and no respond , looks like frauds bank , they frez your money and dont let you to get access to your bank account and they say for your own security your account is blocked!!! BANK TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WORSE THAN IF IT HAD THE BUBONIC PLAGUE

It is a bank that in its advertising boasts of being a High Street Bank, and in 4 minutes you can have the account. It's true, I was 5 minutes late, I can forgive you for that. Being a foreigner opening a company in the UK, I followed the advice of my accountant and after making a couple of inquiries on the Internet, after having obtained the company number from Companies House, I applied like any other person. I actually filled out the application, and five minutes later I already had an account number. I thought, how fast the procedures are in the UK, compared to my country of origin. Next, I think it is normal for anyone who is opening a company in the UK, you inform both your accountant and the insurer of your Liability Insurance of said bank account number, and finally to the recruitment agency for which you are working to credit the invoices you issue into said account. I made the transfer from my personal account that is in a different entity, and after a couple of days I received the aforementioned debit card at my home. Meanwhile, I downloaded the app to my smartphone, and I also took care of having access via the Web. So far so good. A day later I receive an SMS. Your account has been blocked. You need to provide proof of address. I also receive an email with the same subject, with a link where I can upload the required documents, the normal thing, or so I thought, two documents to prove identity, and two additional documents for proof of address. I usually have my documentation scanned so I attached it to said link, thank you and it may take up to 5 workdays to examine said documentation. And this is when you hear that the trap for the unwary has been closed around you without you knowing it, because you have started a company, which if I may use the example is like being inside a vehicle that is traveling at 200 mph, and suddenly They tell you that they will remove the wheels until the documentation has been examined, but at the same time the vehicle continues in motion, that is, you completely lose operational control of the company. You let a reasonable period of days pass and you notice that since you uploaded the documents, there has been no feedback of any kind from Cashplus. You start to see ways to contact them, and after browsing the different pages of their website everything goes through their customer service number by phone. As a foreigner, in a face-to-face conversation you always have more room to communicate, but when you call their call center, you suddenly find yourself in the middle of an English pronunciation test. Until call number 15, was when I managed to pass their security test for the first time, because the operators assured that my pronunciation was not adequate and that I did not pass the test. I have been sending documentation like an idiot, having said documentation rejected arguing that it did not pass their draconian conditions for them to admit a scanned document. Every time you call they only know how to answer that you look on their website at the list of documentation they accept and "WHAT CONDITIONS EACH OF THE DOCUMENTS PROVIDED MUST MEET". It has been exasperating the amount of time I have wasted with this bank, which is still a supplier, and which has withheld money from me for an invoice paid by my client, to which I cannot have access as long as I do not get overcome their "security checks". I've had my account blocked for 20 days now. Conclusion I created a business bank account in Revolut, within 24 hours it was operational and I have been able to receive payments from my clients and be able to pay the first installments of the direct debits that I had first debited in CashPlus. Avoid CashPlus at all costs and do like me and go to Revolut to open the bank account. I hope this review is useful to you when you are reading it, because based on reviews of this style is how users can protect ourselves from these types of companies that use bad tricks to capture unsuspecting people like me on this occasion. Freeze your account without notice

Shocking bank. We are a financial services regulated company, squeaky clean with accounts up to date etc. had banked with Cashplus for 18 months with no issue then suddenly account frozen. Customer services were a joke. No explanation given and after 3 months despite opening a new bank account have refused to move our monies to our new bank. They won’t tell us anything although we suspect it is the fact they weren’t making much in charges so we aren’t profitable for them. Abysmal way to treat people do not use this bank ever. OUR BUSINESS ACCOUNT WAS OPERATING FOR YEARS OUT OF THE BLUE WE HAD THE ACCOUNT FROZEN BECAUSE WE TRIED TO ADD A SECOND PERSON TO THE ACCOUNT THEY SAID THE ID PICTURE WAS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH SO BLOCKED THE FULL ACCOUNT ??? WE ARE UK NATIONALS LIVED IN THE UK AND A NORMAL UK COMPANY AFTER 20+ PHONE CALLS TO THEM AFTER 2 MONTHS THIS IS STILL GOING ON PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK THEY WILL LITRALLY CLOSE UR ACCOUNT STOP PAYMENTS WITH NO REGARD TO WHAT IT DOES TO THE COMPANY WE CAN NOT PAY OUR INSURANCE AND THE STAFF CANT BE PAID ALL THEY EVER SAY IS WAIT 5 DAYS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THEY WONT ACCEPT EMAILS WONT TRANSFER YOU TO MANAGERS WONT DEALT WITH ANYTHING PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS 3 MONTHS AND STILL GOING ON. Reviewed on: 20th July 2023

My first ever business account

At age 64 i opened my first ever business account and chose cashplus bank. A very wise decision indeed and i use the mobile app all the time for paying invoices. Cashplus Breach of Data Protection Regulations

Cashplus recently breach data protection regulations under GPDR 2008 Act 15. They send one acknowledge letter regarding one complaint I raise whit them to a other person email address. In that email my personal information and confidential information regarding to my complaint was disclose to a third party. This is a serious breach of personal data and shows the lack of security and professionalism Cashplus have it. No apologies was given and they pretended like nothing happen. They neglected and ignored my request for explanation. I filed a complaint to Information Commissioner Officer and waiting for they review. Disaster Banking. Incompetent banking company.

I sent through numerous documents and had emails indicating that they have received emails indicating they have received them, it says 5 days to review but it takes over 4 weeks in reality. Not all documents have been reviewed to date. I have made numerous calls and numerous complaints. I have 3 texts says that account was open and it was not. I have had conflicting advice and still waiting for all the copies of my phone call recordings. I am not banking with them and closing the account. My main concern was that A payment was sent to that account and I requested it was sent back. Four days later I spoke to a manager Holly, who said that it had not been but would sort it out. 7 days later I spoke to her again and she insisted it had been sent back but would not produce evidence. The sender has not received the money back and yesterday I spoke to a manager called Adam who would not email the evidence and said he was going to post it but I am not going to hold my breath because I have not had any of the subject access requests for the calls as of yet. They said the payment was sent on the 2nd but CAMHS professionals have produced accounts that the payment was not sent and has never been sent. They continue to lie and give out false information. The payment was sent back according to them on the 2nd and it is now the 11th and payment has not been sent back to CAMHS professionals. It is for £1762.00 that has was in the account with CASH plus but gone astray. It occurred on: 11/05/2023 This meant that Funds missing, false information, misinformation and stress from the bank. Return the funds and I am making a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 11th May 2023
