Weak Fraud Support & No Apple Pay

Very disappointing experience with Zempler Bank. Around three years ago, money was taken and spent from my account due to a scam, and I did not feel the bank took sufficient responsibility or provided adequate support during the process. The handling of the situation reduced my trust in their customer protection. Brilliant Banking for Early Stage Companies

In the early stages of our software business, we simply could secure banking facilities due to our slightly non-standard ownership structure. Zempler stepped up (or CashPlus as it was then) and gave us what we needed with no fuss, no frills - and three years later we see no reason to move.i can’t recommend them enough.
