Excellent

Brilliant business bank account. Keeps me informed of payments that have through, if I need to top up my account as a payment is due. Statement are easy to find. If you need to ring anytime, they actually answer the phone, quickly and their customer service is first class. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023

Does what it says on the tin!

They answer the phone when I have queries

Whenever I have needed to talk to Cashplus they have been extremely easy to contact and they have answered the telephone promptly and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. In this respect their service is better than any other bank I have an account with (I have had the complete opposite of this service from HSBC and TSB in the past 6 months where I have spent hours on hold and my queries haven't even been resolved once I have been able to talk to someone).
