Does what it says on the tin!

The account was simple, straightforward and quick to set up. The on-line site is excellent as is the app, and security is rock solid. Payments are processed promptly. I have recommended Cashplus to several friends and colleagues. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

They answer the phone when I have queries

Whenever I have needed to talk to Cashplus they have been extremely easy to contact and they have answered the telephone promptly and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. In this respect their service is better than any other bank I have an account with (I have had the complete opposite of this service from HSBC and TSB in the past 6 months where I have spent hours on hold and my queries haven't even been resolved once I have been able to talk to someone).
