Banking for my Business

Great bank that has allowed me to easily set up my latest business. Now that banks on the high street are a dwindling resuorce I decided to choose a bank which offered great online facilities. I am impressed with the layout of the account side of the website and find it very intuitive. I have also been onto customer service on the phone and each time had a short wait and someone who answered my questions and dealt with what I asked, with a solution each time. No problems or surprises

I decided to open an online account in addition to my main bank account. I have never had any problems with this bank. I have always had all my queries answered to my satisfaction. Not a single unexpected surprise. The staff are mostly polite and helpful when I ring. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
