A great accomodating bank

Having banked with Cashplus before their bank status, I have seen them grow and develop into a mature, accommodating supportive bank. As a small business owner it's a relief to have a caring bank there to support you and know you and your business personally. Technical issues have been resolved without any loss of income and in swift time. Real time advisor and not robots make such a difference. Business banking made easy

The account was very easy to set up and the card and pin arrived without delay. Customer service has been helpful when I needed their help. I am provided with updates and notifications in a timely manner. The online transactions are simple to understand and transparent. They continuously look for ways to enhance the user experience.
