Trying to deposit £85,000 into my account - due to the Death of my 20 yr old Daughter. killed in a hit and run accident.

I think that I have to explain that my 20yr old Daughter was killed in a hit and run accident to at least 6 people - every time I have to explain, it hurts more. All I want to do is to pass on the monies I need to to other members of the family. This bank has been singularly unhelpful and hurtful in getting this resolved. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
