From putting a call through the advisors are on hand to deal with any questions or queries, the icing on the cake is if they can’t resolve the issue instantly they point you to someone who could in the meantime however be sure to get a feedback timely with a tailored made solution accordingly to individual expectations. Changed service offering without communication

For months I had taken payments from Hong Kong. This service was stopped without any communication and I only became aware when money stopped arriving in my account. I complained about missing funds and was told that I could read about it on the website. A complete lack of communication, poor customer service and also you have to endure long wait times on the phone. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
