Changed service offering without communication

For months I had taken payments from Hong Kong. This service was stopped without any communication and I only became aware when money stopped arriving in my account. I complained about missing funds and was told that I could read about it on the website. A complete lack of communication, poor customer service and also you have to endure long wait times on the phone. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Great banking service

I like the fact I am able to categorise my expenditure and out goings to detail. Most banks withhold the money once you've had expenditures and most times what you think is there isn't. It's deducted immediately with the company's name and logo with the amounts. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Great bank, great service

Simple, flexible and reliable banking from day 1!

We've ran our business banking through Cashplus from day 1 have had a pretty much seamless experience right from the outside.
