Easy to use, flexible business banking

I have had a very good experience using Cashplus for my business banking. It has been very user-friendly & easy to access the mobile phone app. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Worst experience ever, account blocked for no reason at 1st transaction and took more than 3 months to get it reactivated

Account blocked for no reason at first transaction, without any notice, provided all the information asked but never get any response until you call yourself, and customer service can't do anything and won't anyone on phone who can sort it out. Didn't receive one single email or message in 3 months. I will not recommend this bank to my worst enemy Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

I would recommend but your charges are too prohibitive

I have enjoyed banking with you. There has been a lot of improvements, since you got your banking license. It is still taking a lot of time when it comes to faster payments. Secondly, since you became a bank, we were hoping for your charges to go down. Hopefully, as we grow together, there would be lots of positive changes to enhance our experiences of banking with you.
