Fantastic Customer Service

I was warned by a number of people not to bank with the "smaller" banks but having tried to get a business account for my start-up a couple of years ago from my personal account provider, a major high street bank, and being told I would have to wait three months I decided to take the plunge with Cashplus and was able to open an account within days..........and it's supposed to be these smaller banks that fail at the customer service!! I have received nothing but excellent service from Cashplus and their online and app services are super efficient. I have not had a single issue with either ingoing or outgoing payments and the business card they have provided me is more than adequate for my business needs. I had not heard of Cashplus prior to starting my own business but I would recommend any start-up business to give them a go. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Speed

I find the transfers are slower than other banks as they can take sometimes up to several minutes as with different banks it is immediate. Otherwise, I like this bank. Very easy to open account and manage your everyday business income expenses. Reviewed on: 11th February 2022

Best bank ever

There are no surprise fees, no unexpected charges and the app is so user friendly. It tells we where I am and where I stand. I use other banks also, but cash plus is my favourite by far Reviewed on: 11th February 2022
