I have had great experience dealing with cashplus Bank in comparison to my previous experience with other banks in the past. Their customer service is brilliant, I feel listened to and my enquiries or request have been met within expected time frame consistently. Friendly and effective - a rare combination

I signed up to Cashplus on a recommendation from another business owner, and I have not been disappointed. The customer service team are helpful. Unlike some other business banks I have used, they answer the phone and sort out my issues (customer service as good as First Direct). The only recurring problem was when the big banks sent security alerts to my clients about Cashplus the first time they tried to pay me. I think this is now solved. Why not five stars? The interface is sometimes a little clunky, and the login does not work as well as First Direct's. Keep it up. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
