What a joke, .... Customer Service

I havent used my CC in months, cleared the balance, but didnt stop making the SO payments to the card, so my card is in credit, called them and asked if i could have a new card so that i can spend the funds that i paid extra, asked me several seciurity questions, i answered one incorrectly, I dont know what one, so failed the security check , asked to speak to the supervisor, was told to call back, the operator was rude ( Gocha?) her name was, so if i need to my money back i have to call again, i asked her to ask me another security question the answer was no, please be my guest and call to me to resolve this 07730386837 Reviewed on: 9th August 2024

Cashplus gave me a credit card with a reasonable credit limit when others decided not to. First to admit I have had problems with credit but this company are prepared to give me another chance. Early days yet though as I have only had the card for 5 months, but so far it has been a positive experience. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

There was a time I couldn’t set up my app and I called the customer service, it was done for me like a magic and the person that attended to me asked if I had any help with anything else which meant he wasn’t in a hurry to discharge me off the phone. He wanted to know if I was satisfied which to me was the best customer service support. He advised me not to hesitate to call back. That was great. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
