Good customer service

CashPlus Customer service is pretty good - seem to be a bit faster when answering the phone. And having an experienced an issue with payments being taken incorrectly, I was contacted by CashPlus and they recitifed the situation efficiently (and even provided a small 'good will gesture' payment to my account by way of an apology). Interest rate on the card is a little high - but aren't rates on all credit cards quite high these days?! Reviewed on: 21st February 2024
