Top credit card company are now a stylish new bank

The top credit card company as well as stylish new bank. Had a card for years as cashplus and they have always treated me with the utmost civility and patience. The best staff imaginable. exZemplerary Bank

Zempler’s been great overall, but like any bank, there are a few things they could improve: 1 - No Apple Wallet support (yet) – You can’t add your Zempler card to your iPhone’s wallet, so no Apple Pay for now, this is massive for all clients and would set them apart. 2 - No international payments – You currently can’t send money abroad, which can be tricky for global transactions. s All that said, they’ve built a strong foundation — and if they continue improving in these areas, Zempler could easily become a top-tier choice.Zempler is a great option for both personal and business banking. I’ve had a really good experience with them so far. Everything’s been smooth and reliable. They offer flexible account choices, useful features like credit building and cashback, and easy access through their app or online platform. The user interface is clean and simple, making it easy to manage everything in one place. You can also deposit cash at over 11,000 Post Offices across the UK, which is super convenient for me. On top of that, your money is protected up to £85,000 under FSCS, and their UK-based support team delivers what I’d call exZemplerary customer service — quick, helpful, and genuinely friendly. All in all, Zempler is a solid, customer-focused bank that’s easy to work with and really delivers. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
