The Freedom account has no monthly fees and the Activeplus account is £5.95 per month. There may be fees for sending money and withdrawing or paying in cash. Both accounts come with the option to add on an overdraft.

So my bank has just suddenly stopped processing paym...

So my bank has just suddenly stopped processing payments with no explanation other than Payment failed, check the details and try again. The payees are all accounts I’ve previously sent money to, multiple times. Customer service told me to email “[email protected]. DOESNT EXIST. HELP Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

I had my account blocked.

I had my account blocked. I sent relevant documentation for the transaction. I called the bank to advise I needed my account unlocked as I had no monies for food or more importantly medical expenses. I was advised to call 999 Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

The Banks process for dealing with fraud is terrible.

This banks process for dealing with fraud is terrible. I have received an email saying that I have started an application which needs completing, the customer service representative refused to pass me to the fraud department or provide email contact details so I could register the fraud or gain confirmation it was being processed.
