Breath of fresh air dealing with Ziglu. Simple but powerful App and on the occasion I needed some help due to a cash machine failing to dispense money, I used the help function in the App. Immediate response with an online 'human' chat to assist and even promised to keep an eye on my refund. True to their word they did and notified me when the refund appeared in my account. It's how it should be but rarely do you find a company that has such customer focus. Ziglu is the sort of thing where you use it and then think 'of course that's the answer - why was no-one doing this before?' The people at Ziglu are absolutely at the Vanguard. Would be 10 stars for recommendation level, but will keep it at 9 as there are always those who aren't going to understand Crypto and I don't feel it is ethically sound to recommend something like that so unreservedly where a small deal of contextual knowledge is a must. But, for those in the know, great company. Will be watching this space with enthusiasm. Reviewed on: 24th January 2021

Awesome - a global game changer based in London Historically, I’ve found Cryptocurrency to be the trickiest currency to securely & easily exchange. Ziglu has now made this straightforward in just a few clicks - Genius! I also found it simple to set up an account. Over the last few months Ive found Ziglu to be secure, transparent with an awesome customer service and all for just 1.25%. A global game changer.
