Unhelpful Travel insurance agent

Year insurance policy, when my partner had cancer and a kidney removed they paid for our planned break. When we were ready to go for a small break abroad after my partner recovered they wouldn't insure us and the policy was cancelled. It took weeks for them to get back to me in the end I contacted them again and they said we wouldn't be insured, no explanation nothing, no compassion etc. would never use them again. Ideal insurance for disabled people
