After having brain surgery...

After having brain surgery, I was worried about how this would effect my travel insurance and after a friend recommended Able2Travel I tried them out and to my relief I found the website very easy to use. I did have one query so I called up and the customer services man who helped me was great. He talked me through what I needed to do and what and where to look on the screen to find what I needed to fill in. Brilliant help when I needed it. So excellent customer services thank you. From my personal experience I would highly recommend Able2Travel and I already have on numerous occasions and I have stayed with them for my travel insurance since I first used them 4yrs ago. Had a minor issue with my finger was told my insurance was invalid until assessed by their people, also wanted to add a one off visit to Thailand which l was quoted close to £400 for. Got another insurer that covered both for £280.00. Not very helpful at all. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026
