Had a medical emergency whilst on holiday in Cyprus...

Had a medical emergency whilst on holiday in Cyprus when seeking help I found out you are not dealing with a one call assistance but the medical side is dealt with by IMG and the claim is dealt with by Gallagher Basset. We have been back in the UK since 14 June 2026 and still close to 30,ooo Euros out of pocket. I would not reccomend this system. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Sorted in Tenerife

Last year I took a winter holiday trip to Tenerife and unfortunately had a fall and fractured my hip which ended up me being in hospital there for three weeks. Able2Travel were amazing so helpful in organising my trip back the the UK and providing a nurse escort, I would never have been able to travel without that assistance. They processed my insurance claim speedily and with little hassle I can’t thank them enough Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
