Well we took out the insurance policy a few years ago.

Well we took out the insurance policy a few years ago. But it was easy to renew, with oly a few additional questions. So we did not need to go through a long winded application process. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026

Very supportive, knowledgeable staff. Always friendly to speak to and discuss questions. My only issue is the cost. I understand as you get older it will cost more but the increase this year was considerable. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026

Non existent Claims Service.

Having never made a claim in 60+ years I recently had to as I cancelled a holiday due to pneumonia. It took 4 weeks to obtain a claim form which was completed in full together with GP medical report and other supporting documentation. The claims handlers Gallagher Basset have not even acknowledged the claim after another 4 weeks has passed. Their claims service is non existent!!!!!! Reviewed on: 12th August 2026
