I know we have problems in the current environment but it took too long to respond to my application and cheque. An acknowledgement would have been good, just to know you have received them!! Now resolved after several messages and calles! Reviewed on: 13th July 2020

The a/c matured on 30/6/2020, with faster payments I would expect the funds to be in my bank a/c on 1/7/20 not 3/7/20 Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
