Email states enter 10 digit account number. Email states enter 10 digit account number. Only provided with a 8 digit number. Not a good start. So can not log on. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

The staff in High St. they are always friendly and helpful. I am partially sighted and very deaf but they are always willing to complete forms and indicate where I sign. It is wonderful to be able to make enquiries in the office, lovely. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
