1. I was opening a regular saver - good interest but coming down BUT ancient practices2. I have had 5-6 yet treated like a branch new customer for id / explanation purposed (I had maturing account) 3. I am in 5-6 regular savers BUT only you and Yorkshire Building Society BOTHER with passbooks. I want online eg Santander, Nationwide, Halifax, Lloyds. Would just suggest saving paper by not enclosing paperwork in cardboard sleeve and printing FSCS info sheet on one page rather than two. This should also save you money too. Reviewed on: 4th June 2019
