Disgraceful organisation just out to make more money from it's customers. Reducing the mortgage standard rate by 0.10% but the majority of savings rates by 0.25%. Systems and processes belong in the 1980s. Goodbye Chorley! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025

I find all the staff both iin my local branch (Leyland) and also on the phone to be very pleasant, polite and helpful. This has been on every occasion since being a member. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

At last a financial institution that actually listens and has the patience to communication in simple English. Anything you do not understand a member of staff will take their time to make sure you do. Good old-fashioned service. 6 out of 5!. Reviewed on: 12th December 2024
