Child Trust Fund - no issues so far

My son has held a CTF with Chorley for 13 years now. We've had no bother with it. The interest has been accruing and we get an annual statement. There were no issues when we moved home and the communications have been welcomed without being overwhelming. We had no bother speaking to a helpful human being whenever we have needed to. Friendly staff

Chorley building society is run like banks/building societies used to be run. The staff are very helpful and friendly and they will spend time explaining things when needed. They are not constantly pushing for everything to be done online like the banks do.
