It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Highly recommended, easy to do & saved a packet!

The insurance quote for my boat from a company I had used before was high. I had to get urgent cover & the Hawk 20 FB site suggested I try Craftinsure online. It was so easy, no 20 minute telephone call, no underwriter to consult, like the previous company, just straightforward questions that I completed easily & quickly, I paid with my credit card & deal done, saving me a whopping £137.50!! It was followed by a confirmation E-mail - so delighted at finding Craftinsure! Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
