It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I have insured my boat through Craftinsure for twenty years. The procedure has always been straightforward and the premiums acceptable. When I have required additional help it has been forthcoming from friendly and interested staff, I certainly do regularly recommend Craftinsure to less fortunate boat owners and they have always been exceedingly grateful for the introduction. Honest, great value, straight talking company

We have run an old boat for quite some time on 3rd party insurance and when we purchased a larger, newer boat 2 years ago we needed comprehensive insurance. We quickly settled on Craftinsure because the cost for comprehensive insurance with them was only a small step above our previous insurance and dealing with the company has been very straight forward both on the phone and on-line. We are now in our second year with Craftinsure with no steep price increases and so far it feels like Craftinsure are a company which we can trust and stay with, avoiding the hastle of getting quotes each year.
