It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craftinsure is one of the most competitive companies out there who offer a superb customer service . I have not had a claim yet so can't comment on that but I'm sure they would look after you in your time of need.When i originally took my policy out i hadn't heard of them so was a little sceptical but now onto my third year I'm glad i did. We have been with craftinsure for approximately 7 years now and we have always been very happy with the customer service and standard of cover.
