It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Knowledgable, good value and easy to deal with.

We chose Craftinsure from several companies that quoted for our 26’ cruiser, around 9 years ago. They were not the cheapest but offered the best options. Their processes were efficient and their staff are always most helpful. Although we have never needed to claim, I’m sure that everything would be straightforward if we need to.
