It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

We’ve been insured with craftinsure first with our narrowboat and now with our widebeam. They’re by far the best value on the market and I’ve heard nothing but great things. As a first time boat owner craftinsurer was the only company that gave a fantastic price matched with amazing personal experience telephone support and understanding.at a price that was less than half their competitors. Then unbelievably my renewal the next year was £40 cheaper than my first years cover. What’s not to like? Keep up the amazing work craftinsure. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
