It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Have been with Craft Insurance for our Wayfarer, for may years and they have never let us down on competive price for policy, and all other aspects that we need to cover when transporting or sailing. Would not consider any other insurer! Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
