It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

No Fuss and Good Service

With this company it is very easy to obtain and renew cover. . Lack of fuss is the distinctive advantage of Craftinsure compared with most other companies insuring Narrowboats which frequently demand that expensive out of water surveys and still expect to receive over-costly premiums.
