It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Chose craft Insurance on reccomendation of a friend who unfortunately had his boat damaged in a storm he was delighted by the way craft delt with his claim ,without hassle and in an extremely professional manner returning it to him in as new condition,,and by the way I saved.myself over £200 ,,on my renewal quote from my previous insurers on my sealine f33,,, hope I don’t have to make any claims in the future but it’s good know that we will receive fair and prompt treatment from Craft insure ,,Andy Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
