It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Unfortunately we made a claim. The staff at Craftinsure were very helpful, understanding and liaisoned with the boat engineers on our behalf. Excellent service and would have no hesitation to recommend Craftinsure. The insurance premiums were also very reasonable. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
