You can choose from ten levels of Emerald Life wedding insurance – Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Diamond, Platinum, Premier, Premier+, Supreme, Supreme+ and Ultimate. You can get cancellation of up to £80,000 and cover for two receptions.

Customer satisfaction

Customer service was excellent with quick responses including return emails and returned phone calls. All promises fulfilled during my contact with them when arranging a policy. I found them extremely flexible and catered for my needs where other companies would not. Each member of staff that I spoke to took ownership of any queries I had and if they couldn’t answer any specific question, it was forwarded to somebody that could. Easy to use
