Customer satisfaction

Customer service was excellent with quick responses including return emails and returned phone calls. All promises fulfilled during my contact with them when arranging a policy. I found them extremely flexible and catered for my needs where other companies would not. Each member of staff that I spoke to took ownership of any queries I had and if they couldn’t answer any specific question, it was forwarded to somebody that could. I would certainly recommend Emerald Insurance purely on the service I received. Reviewed on: 18th July 2019

Easy to use
