It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Easy Renewal Process and Competitive Price

I have used craftinsure for 19 years since owning a narrowboat. It has been easy to use the website and renewals have been straightforward. There was one year when the policy lapsed because the renewal email didn't arrive but that was 50/50 as I should have had it in my diary too - as back up. I've been lucky and never had to claim over the years - so I cannot comment on the claims process. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
