It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

i had an accident like most people will have in their lifetime, craftinsure told me to get a quote which i did, they then sent a surveyor to check the quote which is really reassuring given the costs involved and checking i wasn’t being charged for things that didn’t need fixed or adding things the engineer missed in my case ( who does that these days!) superb! boat was repaired and engineers paid promptly everyone hsppy! Almost the perfect package

This is my 6th year with Craft Insure; comprehensive cover, straight forward renewals and very competitive premiums. Like all other insurances, even with no claims, costs increase every year, si it would be nice to see more no claims or loyalty discount. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
