It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Agents that know what they are talking about.

A personal experience with agents that know what they are talking about rather than following a script. Having had my boat in the UK for several years, I then relocated to the Canary Islands. Craftinsure had my back all the way, crossing the Bay of Biscay, the Orca coast and finally a home port in Lanzarote. They have always been competitive and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th September 2025
