It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Big hike in premium this year

Big hike in premium this year on top of poor customer service when dealing with my claim in 2022. The process proved stressful and complicated and I suppose a critical review rules me out of any chance of a prize. Oh well, that's the insurance game. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025

Great service when we needed it

We needed to use insurance after an incident which was not our fault, my son was very upset at the damage to his boat but craft insure sorted the repair out really easily, and there was only a minor impact on our policy cost. Wonderful insurance company.

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim on my policy and the staff at craft insure were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They guided me through the steps I needed to take. The claim was dealt with quickly and they promised the claim settlement would be in my bank within three working days. It was actually there the following day. Following on from that, my premium only increased in line with inflation. Wonderful insurance company and I will stay with them. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
