It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Good but one glitch.

One renewal had a huge increase last year despite no claims in about 10 years so I changed to another Ripe company achieving a slight reduction in premium. Otherwise I would have awarded 'excellent' for value. Reviewed on: 25th July 2025

I have been insured with Craftinsure for a few year, unfortunately had a bazar accident with my boat and trailer, the experience was very dramatic but Craftinsure dealt with it professionally and quickly and very supportive through out with no quibble. for ever grateful for their support.
