It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Easy to renew and update.

I’ve insured my boats with Craftinsure for at least ten years. I’ve fortunately never had to claim but renewal of existing and adding or removing boats has always been easy . Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025

Been with company for several years with different boats. Always found them easy to contact and deal with and they offer great value for money. Changing policiy to new boat was an easy transaction using live chat facility. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
