It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Craftinsure rewards customer loyalty

I have been using Craftinsure to insure my boats for over 15 years. I have found them to have competitive when I come to renew my policy when compared to other specialist providers . One year I missed having an out of water survey carried out on my boat. As a long standing customer they agreed an extension to my survey policy condition so I could have the survey carried out the following year when my boat was next due to be out of the water. This saved me the cost of having the boat taken out and put back in the water. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
