Saviour loan!!

I was able to get a loan to pay for a private autism assessment that she was desperately needing and was due to he on the NHS waiting list for 3+ years. The staff were very helpful and compassionate and the loan process was very easy to understand and access. My son has since opened a savings account with the union too. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

I have always found the staff in the East Kilbride Credit Union to be very welcoming and very friendly. Even when applying for a loan they are very helpful and they make sure that it is affordable.I would use again and i have told friends and family to join the East Kilbride Credit Union. I have been a member for many years and have benefited from all aspects of the service. When my children were going I always had the cushion of getting a loan for Christmas , school uniforms and many more reasons. I now mainly use the savings facility but know that I can apply for a loan should I require one. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024

We have been With East Kilbride Credit Union for over 25years and we have used them for a for a number of reasons Furniture,Holidays and even one occasion helping family. In that instance they were sympathetic to our situation and helped us find best way to solve the problem which we really appreciated at the time. We have always found the staff to be friendly courteous and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them in fact a few of our friends are now members on our recommendations in the past.
