Before this company was bought by Aviva it was a good insurance company but now they don't even tell you when it due to run out and time to renew. They now do this on the day it is due to end. The premium has less discounts for long time members with great history. And the customer service is extremely unhelpful and not willing to do anything. The complaints department take months to look in to anything and when they do get back you, they say a bunch of buzz words admit a mistake they made NOT all of them and they they can not help. Bottom line, they are unless and a complete waste. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

I have been with GJW direct now for a few years and every year they are personnel and friendly when dealing with my insurance needs. I cant think of a better company to be insured with for all my watercraft needs. GJW direct for me is the best in the business. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025
