Customer service good, APR a little high

Easy process, APR higher than other companies. Had to get an alternative loan, and make a resettlement fee. Otherwise would of continue for duration of the loan. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

I need a loan for a emergency situation and I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness and how efficient the staff were. I felt the process was very easy and I really felt comfortable talking to the staff. I didn't feel like I was being interrogated,I felt supported and helped. Plata are a great provider, super easy to apply & funds are in your account very quickly! The online portal is easy to access and understand.
