I got a Plata loan as part of a car finance agreement, it was a 4 year deal which I'm currently over 3 years in. I've had no issues at all as I've just paid the amount on-time each month so there's been no need for me to contact them but I have 0 complaints. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
