I was struggling with my finances so I contacted plata, they reduced my monthly payment to a smaller amount and very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Their app is good too, you can choose to overpay or pay early or pay a lump sum to reduce your payments, really useful. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
