Consolidation loan, decent rate and straitforward

Able to get a consolidation loan at a decent rate considering my credit history. Was approved for the amount requested. Had to spend some time on the phone going over details, because of my working hours this wasn't ideal but had to be done to complete the loan. Otherwise would have given 5/5.
